Wrong or damaged products
If you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 24 - 48 hours of Delivery. Please provide a video of the unboxing process, and contact our customer care team via email, (hearthandglow@gmail.comwith video, order number, and details for return process. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on evidence provided.
Personalized candles
Please note that personalised candles cannot be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke element. We craft these candles specifically to your requirements, making them uniquely yours.
3. Sale Items:
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.
4. Lost Items
Once items have been dispatched and become the property of the shipper, HearthandGlow is not responsible for lost packages. If your item is lost in transit, please contact your shipping company for further assistance.
5. Shipping Costs
In the event of receiving a wrong or damaged item, HearthandGlow will cover the cost of returning the product and sending the correct or replacement item
