Shipping Policy

We offer PAN India shipping on all orders.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Express orders are prioritized for faster shipping.

Rough Delivery Times:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
Tier 3 Cities & North East India: Up to 10 business days

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, like natural disasters or courier partner disruptions, may affect delivery times. And also please keep in mind that we can't promise an exact delivery date. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to check on your package's progress anytime you like.

Return and Exchange Policy

At HearthandGlow, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your options:

1. Returns
Handcrafted Candles are not returnable. Each of our candles is meticulously crafted by hand, ensuring that every piece is unique and of the highest quality. Due to the bespoke nature of these candles, we are unable to accept returns on handmade items.
2. Exchanges
Wrong or damaged products

If you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 24 - 48 hours of Delivery. Please provide a video of the unboxing process, and contact our customer care team via email, (hearthandglow@gmail.comwith video, order number, and details for return process. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on evidence provided. 

Personalized candles

Please note that personalised candles cannot be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke element. We craft these candles specifically to your requirements, making them uniquely yours.

3. Sale Items:

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

4. Lost Items

Once items have been dispatched and become the property of the shipper, HearthandGlow is not responsible for lost packages. If your item is lost in transit, please contact your shipping company for further assistance.

5. Shipping Costs

In the event of receiving a wrong or damaged item, HearthandGlow will cover the cost of returning the product and sending the correct or replacement item
